Shipping & Processing
Do you offer flat rate shipping?
Yes! We offer a flat shipping rate of $6.95 on all orders under $50.
Orders over $50 ship free — no code needed!
All orders are hand-packed with care and shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on your location and order size. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing and delivery. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on the way.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! You’re welcome to pick up your order from our little candle shop in Hayden, Alabama.
Pickup hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
When your order is ready, we’ll send a confirmation email with pickup instructions, directions, and parking details. Local pickup is always free — and a great way to smell the new scents before they launch!
Can I preorder if something is out of stock?
Yes! When certain items sell out, preorders may become available. These are made fresh and ship within 7–10 business days. You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We’re so sorry that happened. Please email us at GingerA.Bunn@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

Candle & Wax Melt Care
Are your candles clean-burning?
Yes! We use a natural soy-beeswax blend, phthalate-free fragrance oils, and natural wood wicks to create a clean, eco-conscious burn you can feel good about.
What’s the best way to care for my candle?
Treat your candle with love:

Trim the wick to ¼" before each burn

Allow the wax to melt fully to the edges on the first burn (this prevents tunneling)

Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time

Keep candles away from drafts, children, and pets
What’s the best way to care for my wax melts?
Treat your melts with care for the best fragrance experience:

Use 1–2 cubes at a time in a wax warmer designed for melts (not oil or water)

Never add water to the wax

Keep warmers on a flat, stable surface and never leave them unattended

Let the wax fully cool and harden before removing or replacing

To remove, allow the wax to harden completely, then gently pop it out — or warm slightly to scoop
